Richard Metcalf
Director of Environmental Affairs
Richard Metcalf has been with LMOGA for more than 19 years. Prior to joining LMOGA, Richard worked in both the refining and production sectors for Exxon USA (now ExxonMobil) for more than 14 years. Richard is a graduate of Tulane University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. At LMOGA, Richard is responsible for navigating the industry through the ever-changing maze of environmental regulations and serves on numerous technical committees and issue workgroups. With the association’s recent reorganization, Richard assumed responsibilities as the primary contact for all refinery-related matters and is leading the Association’s efforts to improve its interface with refinery member companies.
