Listed below are the staff members and a brief description of their responsibilities.

Chris John,
President, has been on board since September of 2007. Chris is
a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives,
Louisiana 7th Congressional District, where he served the industry
well by sitting on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Prior
to that, Chris served as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives
and entered public offices as a member of the city council in his
hometown of Crowley. Crowley is also the home of John N John Trucking,
a family business. Chris and his wife Payton have two children,
Harrison and Hayes. When not working, Chris enjoys golf, fishing
and other
outdoor activities. |

Ross
Atkins,
Vice President, is a native of Homer, Louisiana. Ross and his
family moved back
to Louisiana from the Washington, D.C.
area to accept his current position. Ross, who leads the Governmental
Relations team here at LMOGA, is an LSU graduate and has worked
in Louisiana and Washington DC for the past 20 years. Atkins worked
with former U. S. Senator J. Bennett Johnston and as the Project
Director for U. S. Senator Mary Landrieu. Ross previously served
as Executive Director of the Amite River Basin Drainage and Water
Conservation District from 1992 to 1996. Ross and his wife Sarah
have three children. |

Mike Lyons,
General Counsel, has been with LMOGA for more than 30 years.
Mike, a Loyola Law
School graduate, has become a specialist
in environmental law with an emphasis on coastal erosion and
restoration issues. Mike is also the Association’s chief
liaison on all Gulf of Mexico matters. In addition to specializing
in environmental
issues, Mike has been active in promoting a wide array of issues
on behalf of the industry. He has represented the industry on
various committees and boards and frequently testifies before
Legislative
Committees and Regulatory Agencies. Mike and his wife Anne have
two children. |

Richard Metcalf,
Director of Environmental Affairs, came to LMOGA from the industry.
Richard worked for 14 years on both the refinery
side and the production side at Exxon USA before coming to LMOGA.
Richard, a native of Metairie where he resides today, is a Tulane
graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
For the past 16 years, Richard has been responsible for navigating
the
industry through the ever-changing maze of environmental regulations.
Richard represents the industry on various committees and work
groups and has provided his expertise to the industry on a number
of scientific
issues. |

Larry Wall,
Director of Public Affairs, has been with Mid-Continent for 20
years and is responsible for external and internal communications,
news media relations and other related items. Prior to joining Mid-Continent
Larry was a newspaper reporter for more than 15 years and the recipient
of several awards for reporting and feature writing. In addition
to communications activities, Larry handles IT issues for the association
and has coordinated several special projects. Larry and his wife
Nan have one son, David. |

Karen Jarreau,
Office Administrator, has been with Louisiana
Mid-Continent for more than 40 years. The Dean of the LMOGA staff,
Karen is responsible
for database management and PAC records, ethic reports, as well as
providing valuable assistance to staff and members on a variety of
issues. Karen is also the Louisiana Petroleum Partners Coordinator.
Karen enjoys being with her two daughters, sons-in-law and two grandsons.
She also enjoys many hobbies including reading, sewing, scrapbooking,
genealogy and is the editor/publisher for a semi-annual Family News
Letter |

Jan
Pourciau, Executive Assistant, joined
the LMOGA staff in February of 1994, Jan has dutifully and effectively
provided administrative,
legislative, and regulatory assistance to member companies and LMOGA
staff. Prior to joining LMOGA, Jan worked for more than 10 years
with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. Additionally,
Jan has over 5 years experience in the private engineering sector.
She is a lifelong Louisiana resident and received a B.S. in Management & Administration
from LSU in 1986. She is married to Nolen Pourciau, and they have
two children – Lauren, a recent LSU graduate, and Ben who is
entering his sophomore year at LSU in Baton
Rouge. |

Debra
Boehringer, CPA, Debra has been with
Mid-Continent Oil & Gas
Association for 14 years. She is responsible for all financial aspects
of LMOGA operations.
We are fortunate to have Debra’s expertise to ensure our association’s
bookkeeping is efficient, accurate, and in compliance with all rules and regulations.
Born and raised in Thibodaux, LA, Debra received her BS degree in accounting
from LSU. She is married to Bo Boehringer, and they have three sons, Karl, Kurt,
and Blake.
