LMOGA Responds to NEPA Update

LMOGA President Tyler Gray made the following statement in response to announcement on update to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA):

“LMOGA is pleased to see an update to the NEPA process that will ensure America can complete energy projects timely and maintain our energy dominance. After 40 years, it is appropriate and responsible to update our environmental regulations such as NEPA in such a way that we do not sacrifice our environment. In Louisiana, we are proud to be a major contributor to America’s energy independence while also balancing it with environmental preservation.”
