Richard Metcalf, LMOGA Director of Environmental Affairs, gave a Power Point presentation on April 4, 2014 to the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs Region III Meeting. The presentation included such topics as the history of ethanol in gasoline, information on the many government policies, the problems of predicting supply, and where we are today.
